Who we are

This website, www.mediax.plus, is run by Media eXperience d.o.o., Bulevar Vojvode Bojovića 6-8, Belgrade, Serbia. For anything about your personal data, write to hello@mediax.plus.

What this site does not do

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing else in your browser. It uses no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking of any kind, and it loads nothing from other websites.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, your work email, your company and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on what you ask. We never add you to a mailing list, and we never sell your details or share them for marketing.

We handle these details because you asked us to reply, and because answering questions about our business is in our legitimate interest.

The form passes your message to Resend, which delivers it to our mailbox. If you write to one of our addresses directly, your email reaches the same mailbox.

When you visit

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare’s servers handle your IP address and the basic details of each request, such as the page asked for and the browser used. We do not use these details to identify you or to follow you across other websites.

Who else handles your data

Three providers handle data for us under their data processing terms: Cloudflare, which hosts the site; Resend, which delivers the form’s messages; and Microsoft, which runs our email. They may process data outside Serbia and the European Union, including in the United States, with the safeguards their terms provide.

How long we keep it

We keep your message as business correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. Write to hello@mediax.plus. We answer promptly and within the deadline the law sets.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in Hungary, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH); or the authority of the EU country where you live.
